I am your mother and I thought your comments were hilarious. You have always been hilarious. I always laughed at you even when you didn’t want me to, especially the time when you were four and kept falling down the ice-covered hill for about 20 or 30 minutes.

While I’m still a fan of closing down bars on occasion, I must say that I had a “holy shit, I’m getting old” moment last weekend when I decided to not do anything on Friday night so that I’d be well rested enough to get up early and walk to the Farmer’s Market on Saturday morning.

I did something similar with my grandkids, I climed up the slide in the kiddies play room at Burger King…and got stuck. Took for ever to get turned around so I could go back down the slide. It was great.
