Can we all just agree that Nancy Pelosi is an idiot?
Either she is too dumb to understand the CIA briefing they gave her, or she wasn’t paying attention when they brought up waterboarding. Either way, not a good thing for the leader of the majority party.

So as my site closes in on 400 hits (gasp!), a few quick thoughts:
- No, it doesn’t count as a hit when I preview the page.
- No, my Mom isn’t responsible for over half the hits. Actually, I would be surprised if my Mom was responsible for ANY of the hits.
- No, I have not quit my day job.
- Yes, my dogs are still alive, even though I haven’t written about them lately.

So it’s getting closer to voting day, and for the first time in 20 years there won’t be a Bush or Clinton in the White House. No wonder people are excited about this election.
Nine years ago during the presidential primaries, I voted for McCain. He was the only candidate that seemed remotely trustworthy, and to me that is a very important quality.
