I know what you’re thinking: why would he take it again after the last time? The answer my friends is uncontrollable ridiculous allergies. When you sound so nasally on the phone that your clients think you’re Fran Drescher, it’s time to take action.
This time I took it earlier in the day instead of right before bed. As a annual allergy sufferer, I have grown accustomed to the sneezing and itchy eyes for a month or two every spring/summer. Claritin doesn’t touch it and Benedryl knocks me out, so for awhile I’ve been using this new thing called Apathy, which means I just don’t care anymore.
Last week I was at the drugstore getting allergy medications for the fiance, who has developed allergies after not having them for the previous 20+ years of her life. Lo and behold, a new competitor has entered the cage match against my histamine reaction, and its name is Zyrtec.
